The pool area, while clean, felt cramped and could use more sun loungers!!! The shower design is awkwardly separated from the toilet and sink, which is a bit of a hassle!!!

We had a fantastic time staying here. the room was spacious and spotlessly cleaned every day. The kids loved the shallow end of the pool! It was lovely to unwind by the pool and in the beautiful garden area. One small downside was the limited variety of gym equipment, but it didn’t put a damper on our stay. 😊

Spotlessly clean room with great natural light and a massive bed, perfect for my solo stay. The staff proved to be exceptionally helpful, assisting with transport and local recommendations. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and local restaurants. However, WiFi did drop during busy times, which was inconvenient. I also wished for more varied breakfast options beyond the seasoned fries that were a highlight.

The pool area is incredibly relaxing with beautiful gardens surrounding it.
The WiFi connection was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

Excellent pool area for relaxation.
The television was impossible to navigate with everything in Thai. It was incredibly frustrating not being able to find channels in English or any other languages. Additionally, the WiFi connection was unreliable, making it hard to stay connected. I can't believe a hotel would overlook such basics. I wouldn’t consider recommending this place to anyone.

I enjoyed the relaxing pool area which offered a beautiful garden view from my balcony, making it a perfect spot to unwind. However, the WiFi connection was unreliable and the thin walls made it a bit noisy at times. Overall, it’s a great choice for a short getaway, but they could improve the internet service.

This was just a great match for a city trip in Lamai Beach with good value. The hot water in the shower was a bit inconsistent, but it didn't ruin my stay. Make sure to check the shower before getting in.
